Katrin Leifels examines social stressors and resources that are important in working together in multicultural teams. In doing so, it takes into account specifics that play a role in the interaction of people from different cultural backgrounds. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, she works out social stressors and resources and subjects them to various statistical tests. The author derives indications of how stress can be counteracted, which is promoted by cultural diversity in teams.
