The office garden is perched on the seventh floor cantilevered spectator platform of the old turf club. There is no niche left unused in this floating garden, which is filled with over 500 native plant species including the biggest canopy flower - Fragraea auriculata - and carnivorous pitcher plants, along with native fauna such as stick insects, tree frogs, and mourning gecko released from Salad Dressing's terrariums. A wind turbine creates electricity to support the garden. Salad Dressing is keen on rewilding the sky with the aspiration to rewild one's mind.
