Neurocardiology is becoming increasingly relevant to the management of heart disease. This book presents novel concepts about how neurons from the level of the heart to the sensorium exert dynamic control over cardiac electrical and mechanical events over a lifetime. The book's major strength is in the tying together of basic scientific and clinical information on how the various components of neural control of the heart remodel during the evolution of cardiac pathologies - information essential for future development of integrated and targeted.
