The Artery co-operative: Curating an artist community

This chapter traces links between community and curating within the Artery artist co-operative, through a discussion of the co-operative's social events which, in turn, reflect a social and curatorial ethos of inclusivity. A history of Artery's formative years at the Preston and Northcote Community Hospital (PANCH) introduces key personnel, while also providing background context for the co-operatives primary values and aims.
