Fashion companies have increasingly shifted their major production processes to emerging countries and relied on external partners to produce their products (Jacobs, 2016, Nayak et al., 2019). From both inbound and outbound logistics’ perspectives, moving raw materials that are often sourced from distant locations scattered across the world and the distribution of final fashion items to different regions has created emergent sustainable issues.
