Women's Economic Abuse and Control of Male Intimate Partners

In this chapter I begin by defining economic abuse in intimate relationships, its prevalence, and associated risk factors. I then present case examples of men who have experienced economic abuse and explore the treatment and service options available for men. Finally, I indicate some future research directions for examining men’s experiences of economic abuse.
