A latin American strategic organisational transformation project management experience: The motivation to transform business

Project management can be seen in many different guises and this conference's focus in centered upon projects as transformations. Removing barriers to trade and commerce between countries is a difficult process and a difficult and complex project (or program of projects) to manage. A legacy of protectionist legislation, incompatible physical logistics and distribution systems and cultural idiosyncrasies exists to undermine the many efforts to acheive a seamless and growing economy in many regions.
