An efficiency breakthrough in perovskite solar cells realized by Al-coated Cu nanoparticles

Al-coated Cu nanoparticles with strong light-trapping effects were synthesized. An efficiency boost of 21% in perovskite solar cells has been demonstrated, which is significantly higher than those from other plasmonic nanostructures.
