conference contribution
posted on 2024-10-31, 09:27 authored by Bradley Wilson, William Callaghan
A relationship marketing orientation as an underlying business strategy is now generally accepted as a requirement for business survival and success in both consumer and industrial marketplaces (Gronroos 1990). The concept of relationship marketing is well-known to service marketers. Berry (1983) observed that the high level of contact often involved in delivering services required a strong relational orientation.
