The ambiguous range measurements is a key issue in sensor localization. The underlying distance ambiguity problem was addressed using both Chinese reminder theorem and lattice theory in literature. In this pa- per, we propose a fast and efficient algorithm to solve this distance ambiguity problem as an extension of our previous work in lattice approach [3]. We show that 1) the co-prime condition for multiple wavelengths can be further relax to accommodate more frequencies for a given bandwidth; 2) a more efficient implementation can be achieved for a specified range limit which is less than the least common multiple wavelength. Simu- lated result demonstrates the advance of the proposed algorithm.
