Enhanced four-wave mixing efficiency in silicon-graphene oxide hybrid waveguides

We theoretically show that four-wave mixing conversion efficiency in integrated silicon-graphene oxide hybrid waveguides can be enhanced by up to ~ 47 dB compared to bare silicon nanowires.
