Experimental demonstration of indoor optical wireless based 3-D localization system

A novel 3-dimensional indoor localization system based on the optical wireless technology is proposed. The height information is obtained by using different signal divergences. Experimental results show that an average localization accuracy of about 8.5 cm can be achieved.
