Fabrication of high refractive index and high nonlinearity functional PbSe nano-structures by direct laser writing

High refractive index and high nonlinearity functional PbSe nano-structures have been firstly fabricated with direct laser writing which gives the way for the fabrication of a series of semiconductor nano-structures for photonic applications.
