Generation of split-ring-resonator micro-arrays using a phase-modulated circularly polarised vortex beam

Split-ring-resonator micro-arrays are created by focusing a phase-modulated vortex beam through a high numerical aperture objective. The generated split-ring-resonator micro-array is fabricated in a polymer material by a single exposure of a femtosecond laser beam.
