Identification of critical risks influencing the application of energy efficient and renewable technologies in Australian green office buildings: Preliminary findings of a survey

In recent years, energy efficient and renewable technologies (EERTs) have been gradually adopted to make office buildings green. Along with this movement was the risk concern among green building stakeholders. This paper presents the results of a survey questionnaire aimed at identifying the critical risks associated with the implementation of EERTs in green office buildings in Australia.
