Optically detected magnetic resonance of blinking nanodiamonds under a polarisation microscope
conference contribution
posted on 2024-10-31, 18:16 authored by Martina Barbiero, Xiangping Li, Ye Chen, Stefania CastellettoStefania Castelletto, Min GuWe report on the investigation of optically detected magnetic resonance of nitrogen-vacancy centres in nanodiamonds exhibiting fluorescence intermittence through polarization microscopy. Applying this feature for super-resolution imaging of nanodiamond incorporated HeLa cells has been demonstrated.
