The construction of emergency communication model based on the kite-type co-orientation approach

With the development of emergency management practice and research, communication as an element throughout the entire emergency management process is noticed widely. Based on the theory of Kite-type Coorientation Approach, a new emergency communication model is generated, which consist of internal communication of the government and interactive communication of government, media and public. It is of great directive significance to deal with the relationship among the government, media and the public, and try to provide a useful reference for related theory researchers and emergency managers.
