Titanium free optical waveguides in lithium niobate produced by etching during indiffusion of titanium (EDIT)

We report a technique of fabrication of optical waveguides in lithium niobate which relies on our recently reported etching technique during the in diffusion of Ti. Optical waveguiding properties under the etched trench are demonstrated.
