A domestic reverse blowing pickup mouth was studied as the research object. The three-dimensional calculation model was obtained according to the actual size. Gas-solid two phase flow was employed. The optimum operation parameters were proposed by taking the dust removal efficiency as evaluation index. Finally, the accuracy of numerical simulation was verified by experimental results. The results show that dust removal efficiency decreases with the increase of speed or ground clearance; dust removal efficiency increases with the increase of pressure drop; dust removal efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of reverse blowing rate flow. In order to achieve operation of low power consumption and high speed, factors were optimized to obtain the optimal parameters as reverse blowing rate flow of 2172 m~3/h,speed of 10 km/h, pressure drop of 2.4 k Pa, and ground clearance of 10 mm.
