How to moderate supervision, corporate compliance issues reduce costs while to achieve effective protection of minority shareholders is a no ready answer. Foreign companies listed in the United States and Japan voluntary delisting, reflects the compliance costs of over-regulation appears to enterprise problems. China's capital market set-up time is not long, the great achievements it also faces many challenges, especially for the protection of minority shareholders should be strengthened more. Try to establish an international board in China, we must deal with the relationship between compliance and the protection of the interests of small shareholders.
