The article discusses the MINDSET training package, developed to improve interpreter communication during dementia assessments in culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities in Australia, which provide interpreters with specific training in cognitive assessments. CALD Australians face significant barriers to accurate dementia assessment and timely diagnosis due to language proficiency and other cultural factors.<p></p>
