The paper utilizes Holder graphical derivatives for characterizing Holder strong subregularity, isolated calmness and sharp minimum. As applications, we characterize Holder isolated calmness in linear semi-infinite optimization and Holder sharp minimizers of some penalty functions for constrained optimization.
