Kodak migrant moments

journal contribution
posted on 2024-11-01, 08:59 authored by Leslie Morgan
This photo-essay utilises the first-person narrative to interrogate what my father's life-long employer Kodak, means to me. I will do this through mapping the complex relationships between the author, family photographs and my artwork. This three-way process of reflection is thus not binary, rather it forms a multi-directional, triangulation of ideas, commentary and insights that explore the intersections of family, race, space, class, migration and belonging.
