The goal of the present paper is to put forward a conceptual model proposing some pathways through which transformational leadership behaviors and authentic follower behaviors would be related to several organizational outcomes in Kenya. The paper briefly reviews extant literature and builds a logical framework depicting the interrelationships among transformational leadership behaviors and authentic follower behaviors, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behaviors and follower performance. The paper sets out nine testable research propositions and explains a planned research methodology. Finally, the article concludes by outlining some vital considerations for researchers of transformational leadership and authentic followership in Kenya.
