This research classifies and examines various threats perceived by tourists about tourism destinations. In particular, it assesses the impact of such threats upon the destination choice and related touristic activities of the Australian outbound tourist market. Australians have a strong preference to travel to Europe followed by Asia, then North America, South America, and finally, Africa.
