Personalized garment customization mode based on digital and intelligent

With the developing of garment personalized customization, the tradictional customization has already can not meet the requirement of present market development. So this paper brings out an intelligentialize system for garment personalized customization based on customization platform on the internet, 3D body scan, intelligentialize garment customization CAD and auto-cutting system . It can help the garment individualized customization become civilian by applying and promoting this system . Meanwhile, it shortens the production cycle and reduces the cost. This paper presents the calculation and allocation scheme of sleeve shrinkage for ladies dress design. Experiments were designed and quantitative analyses were carried out to determine the optimum sewing shrinkage of the sleeve cap.Through the fitting alignment points for both the sleeve and armhole,the shrinkage of various parts of sleeve cap was determined. Sample garments were produced and compared. The results confirmed the proposed practical methods for allocation of the sleeve ease.
