This paper presents a new random weighting method to estimate error characteristics in SINS/GPS/SAR (Strapdown Inertial Navigation System/Global Positioning System/Synthetic Aperture Radar) integrated navigation system. An error model is developed to represent and analyze white noise errors in SINS/GPS/SAR integrated navigation system. Based on the error model, random weighting theories and algorithms are established to estimate the statistical characteristics of the white noise errors. Experiments and comparison analysis have been conducted, demonstrating that the proposed method can effectively estimate error characteristics in SINS/GPS/SAR integrated navigation system.
