Contemporary Landscape Architectural theorists, such as James Corner, Peter Connolly and Beth Meyer, often predicate their discussions on landscape representation by emphasising the peculiar distance that landscape architects have from the media of landscape itself. A central aim of the Silicon Luddite studio was to liberate students from conventional landscape representation techniques.
