Social capital knowledge acquisition and value creation for business performance

This article presents the results of a study dedicated to the justification, and the development and testing of the methodology of the assessment of the quality of the intellectual component of the human capital of the region, which determines the effectiveness of its innovation activity... The clustering of the region of the Volga Federal District for the quality of the human intellectual capital is presented. The mechanism of this quality management, based on the monitoring of the relevant socioeconomic programs developed with the use developed assessment techniques and the model of the clustering of the regions is shown on the basis of this methodology.
