journal contribution
posted on 2024-11-01, 02:20 authored by Paul de Lange, Jon Phillips, Peter Thompson
This article discusses the testing of students and dealing with those students that have put in for special considerations such as illness during an examination period. A classification method is included that will help select those students while maintaining compassion and justice. The Solomon method is also discussed, which is broken down into four principles including the burden of proof on the applicant, required expert opinions, required opinions that are detailed in terms of effect and duration, and the test of reasonableness.
