War on non profits : NGOs: what do we do about them?

The Institute of Public Affairs (IPA) is the longest established and most prominent of free market advocacy groups in Australia and the non-government organisations (NGOs) are often engaged in competition to influence public policies through promoting their views within state and civil society. This study shows how free market intellectuals perceive and represent a threat posed by NGOs.
