The shot is taken through the barrier looking across Kenh Te canal towards district 4.

The shot is filmed between two barges moored to large concrete mooring posts. The barges, look residential, but are probably also used for commercial purposes, perhaps bringing goods from the Mekong Delta to this part of the city where a floating market has established itself. 

The shot also contains a third barge that moves across the frame carrying trees for the TET holiday. Old warehouse buildings can be seen on the far side of the canal.
