Throughout 2019 the Academic Development Group in the RMIT College of Science, Engineering and Health (SEH) has led the Blended Learning Pilot, part of a strategy to adapt their pedagogy to meet the disruptions facing the education sector. The initiative has focused on implementing several innovative teaching practices that respond to students’ needs. One innovation is the use of open educational practices in course materials. Hear from the academics who have adopted open education resources to ensure that their course materials are accessible, adaptable and can be used to engage today’s students.
