Screen Usage Time and its Associations with Neurobiological Changes and Psychological Resilience

<p dir="ltr">Excessive screen time is linked to neurobiological changes, including altered brain structure and connectivity, particularly in regions related to high executive functioning and emotions resulting in low psychological resilience, increased stress levels overall tempering the balanced and healthy brain environment. The current research will use ABCD data to examine the links between excessive screen usage and alterations in brain activity.</p>
