By adapting a concept from the nursing profession called 'clinical handover' this seed project aimed to scope, create and evaluate a tool called the 'Course Handover Tool'. This tool was designed to support a seamless transition between course coordinators. The critical information being communicated relates to both the management and the teaching and learning (T&L) requirements of the course. The Handover Tool enhances the learning experience of students by promoting alignment between the intended and the taught curriculum.
