Evaluation of Shape Your Future : Lalor and Thomastown

The key aim of the Shape Your Future - Lalor and Thomastown project (hereafter Shape Your Future) is to improve social, educational and economic outcomes for the Lalor and Thomastown communities through better planning and greater coordination of effort, services and investment. The initiative aimed to develop and deliver a community engagement and planning framework that would increase participation rates and overall capacity of the Thomastown and Lalor communities, and foster a partnership approach between community members, government and agency stakeholders to support short and longer term responses.
