Hume Whittlesea local learning and employment network inc: environmental scan 2011

This report describes the post compulsory education and training landscape for the local government areas of Hume and Whittlesea at this point in time. This is an update on the 2010 scan which is available from the HWLLEN website. A previous scan was undertaken in February 2002 (Bockish, Fanebust et al., 2002).
