The primary objective of the Neighbourhood Liveability Assessment was to gain a better understanding of liveability within neighbourhoods across Shepparton. The secondary objective was to provide evidence of liveability that could be applied to inform and evaluate major long term policy and planning initiatives planned within and across Council, DHHS and key partners.
