This report describes the outcomes and impacts of a Teaching Fellowship awarded for a Learning and Teaching for Sustainability project in 2015. This project demonstrated Indigenous people's close relationship to their environment, as well as the social and cultural significance of place for Australian history education. We collaborated with artists working across the visual arts, craft, design and new media sector in order to foreground how Indigenous artforms can be drawn on to strengthen RMIT students' environmental literacies.
