Vaccine information needs of the Chinese and Arabic communities in Australia: An investigation and partial solution

Information about the pandemic left many groups behind due to cultural, linguistic and logistical barriers. Two of those groups are the Chinese-speaking community and the Arabic-speaking community in Australia. Their struggles to get accurate and appropriate information have been well documented in the media. This report outlines a series of focus groups and a social media analysis to understand the information needs of these groups around COVID 19 vaccines.
