Resilience classification framework: an exploration of child resilience status in relation to school adjustment, parenting practices and family factors

Dr Mutimer investigated resilience in pre-school children using the Resilience Classification Framework (RCF). The research found that the four identified groups (Resilient; Good Expected: Poor Expected; Vulnerable) differed significantly on school adjustment and on a range of parenting factors. These findings add to our understanding of resilience in young children.
