This PhD deals with heritage, or just old things, by revisiting 3 of our projects on adaptive reuse. The starting point is the built work and evidence of this action, from which explanations are sought.

These three works are examples where we were able to listen to a personal and coherent understanding on the existing from the future users. All three are from different worlds: textile manufacturers, art and theater, each with different concerns about the building that was going to be their future working space. Each gave us a clue about different aspects that make things worth keeping.
